1) You agree that neither of the U.S. HU Card Programmers based services of Directv Inc. nor Echostar Communications Corporation. currently hold ANY distribution rights to their signals on Canadian soil, nor are they considered or legally recognized to be LAWFUL distributors of their respected signals in Canada and are NOT authorized or legally sanctioned to conduct broadcasting services, either directly or indirectly of any kind in Canada in relation to their respected broadcasting signals. Furthermore, as the broadcasting services of Directv Inc. and Echostar Communications Corp. HU Card Programmers cannot legally be distributed within Canada, their broadcasts have been legally interpreted as "foreign signals" and Canadian Law has also been legally interpreted as NOT currently regulating nor protecting "foreign signals" . Canadian law has been legally interpreted to regulate and protect signals originating ONLY from a "Lawful" Canadian Distributor. This has been decided HU Card Programmers and UPHELD in several recent Canadian legal proceedings. HU Card Programmers Court transcripts of these proceedings are available on request. to do would be to enter into a mutually beneficial arrangement whereby Canadians are offered the option to legitimately purchase DTV's programming. I don't pretend to know how this could be finessed in such a manner as to be agreeable to all parties involved, but I am certain that it could be done. Unfortunately, like the US government's anti-drug policies, all DTV and the US and Canadian government seem interested in doing is treating the symptom by busting dealers and customs seizures rather than HU Card Programmers curing the disease itself.
